Safe Embryo Culture

Secure locking (Chamber lock mechanism)

The reliable and proven horizontal slide mechanism, also used in the conventional EC6S-MD model, which locks securely, improving the airtightness and allowing you to visually confirm that it is locked.

Remote safety verification (LabKeeper)

The system can output real-time data and alarms for temperature and gas concentration to an external source. By connecting with our LabKeeper products (CISAS/V4, KR3000, and LabKeeper), you can receive email and cell phone notifications and manage real-time data.

Secure connection (D-sub)

By adopting the D-Sub method for the analog output, a locking mechanism has been added, which has improved safety.

Misconnection prevention (Lynx connector)

The standard quick-release Lynx connector prevents the misconnection of CO2/O2 tubing.

Gas pressure fluctuation prevention (Relief valve)

With safety in mind, the device is equipped with a relief valve as standard, allowing for safe use even during sudden changes in gas pressure.

Temperature control (Individual heaters and Temperature sensors per chamber)

The reliable and proven horizontal slide mechanism, also used in the conventional EC6S-MD model, which locks securely, improving the airtightness and allowing you to visually confirm that it is locked.

Gas control (Flow sensors per chamber)

Each chamber is equipped with a flow sensor, allowing you to check the gas flow rate from the tank to each chamber.

Efficient Embryo Culture Cycle

Space-saving (Three-tier stacking)

By using a dedicated stand, it is possible to install up to 3 units stacked in a single location. Compared to conventional 6-chamber incubator EC6S-MD, it is more compact, with a reduced depth of 638→610mm and a height of 168→107mm. This makes the back chambers easier to use, even when the units are arranged in 2 or 3 units are stacked. It is compatible with the EC10 dedicated stand and can continue to be used.

Reduced downtime (Dual pumps and Three-way valve)

By incorporating a 3-way valve, it is now possible to draw in the atmosphere required for calibration even while the incubator is in use. This makes calibration during routine maintenance quicker and contributes to a reduction in downtime.

Easy Operation

Easy cleaning (Bottom plate)

The plate where the dishes are placed is removable and the dish plate itself can also be sterilized. The inside of the chamber is designed to be smooth and easy to clean after removal, which saves you time and effort on daily maintenance.

Data acquisition during operation (QC temperature Sensor jack in front)

Temperature sensor readings can be obtained from the port on the front of the device. Daily temperature checks are now possible without removing the dish.

Sampling Port in Front

EC10-MD is designed with easy access and convenient sampling ports located in front of the unit. This allows the operator to access these ports without the need to move or reach behind the unit & possibly disturb the cultured sample.
